Mumble Upgrade

We successfully switched to mumble 1.2.0. We will now benefit from an even lower latency and better audio quality.
The Mumbleviewer does look a bit ugly right now but the dev thinks that he can publish a new version till Christmas.
Switching and phpBB3 auth both do work. Enjoy!

I had to rename some others and put them on just for a test, I'll switch them tomorrow or so

i made these buttons, setting my mumble to the background color of dswp page...
