under that big white ball is radar antenna. We use it to track clouds bearing hail and if necessary, to fire rockets to disintegrate those hail clouds, so they do no damage to field crops

well, penguins are usually not tall, so I believe I'm standard one ... 1.78m with ~80kg :P
