That belly looks somewhat disproportionate (assuming she's hopefully not pregnant at that age).

It is completely normal for small kids to have a bigger belly (not fat, just plain bigger)... :)

Then why do I almost never* see such kids (and I do see a lot of children in my life).

*I know of only one kid that has such a disproportionate belly around here.

I mean, fat kids are usually fat, not just in the belly. I know some many older beer addicts have such large bellies, but I'd imagine that's because of years of drinking too much beer.
