Did not find topic on forums about %subject%, so i decided to post it here. http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=ODc3Mw TL;DR: Turban Error 4.2 will be renamed, no more opensource and not even free. wow that phoronix post is crap raider assured us more then once that the game will remain free to play, and it never was opensource, it merely used an opensource engine to run the closed mod code. I don't like that move but this newspost is utter crap ^^ Also I think we still kinda use this thread for discussions concerning 4.2: announcements/what-will-be-up-in-4-2-t787.html |

ye, i think that is a basic missunderstanding. if it would have been open source somewhen ever, we would just slightly fork away. the pile of crap wouldnt be even half as big as it is. btw we have allready this discussion somewhere in board... |
