well i downloaded and installed gtk radiant and all stuff needed for mapping and i came across an article that explains how to model a map in blender...now since i have more experience when it comes to 3d modelling than to mapping i'll try and map something and use blender to export as a *.map
hopefully it will work :D

You will in that map. ;) :D

@sam: How on Earth did you manage to actually use the blender? As many tutorial I try, as many times as I try exploring on may own, so far I've never managed to get anything done at all. Not even a simple textured cube. It has just too confusing and too clumsy interface for me.

i never said i know how to work in blender :D

actually, i did try some basic blendering but i use to kick ass at solidworks and modelling so i might even try solidworks modelling and try moving it to blender just to save it as .map
mmh...if that dont work ill just learn blender...its not that complicated. when you wanna do something you just think opposite and thats blender. :D

Good luck. I've never managed to save and/or export a file from blender successfully, always some errors...
