Sounds like tons of fun to me I'm starting to develop a tool for further analysis regarding swearing, provocations etc. so that complaints can easily be investigated after reports were made.

je i think if theres integration in echelon, it should be great. i think to make some link on a ban/warn event (and show the chat for a period of 10 minutes around the happening) should help to get the context.

Kind of doubt there's a need for displaying the chat for anyone but admins. I think a report form where the users can state the estimated time and the names of the persons in question should be more than enough to be able to further investigate and judge the person responsible for that ruckus.
