I use View new posts for the time being: newposts.html
Altough I am not really sure how does it work.

Is it so hard to go over forum and simply open all new posts?

Like you go to index.php, and you see new posts in a and b subforums. You Middle click on a and b subforums. You press CTRL+W.
You go to tab with a subforum and see new topics (well new posts in topics) a1, a2 and a3, so you middle click on them (or to link on last post). Once you opened all topics, you press CTRL+W. Repeat for subforum b.

Or in other words, manual forum browsing.
