Mapcycle is pretty badly screwed, we’re playing Turnpike for the third time in a row. |

I’m currently setting every map manually — occasionally, !nextmap shows a map (one that isn’t even in this week’s cycles), but it’s always gone by the end of the round. Inexplicably, people don’t want to vote either:-P |

hm, @ maplist... the mapcycle bot used to up it via FTP. that FTP server isnt installed yet, i must migrate FileZilla users to proftpd (would be my first choice...) or go and give everyone new password. Maybe its possible to run it with a mysql backend, integrate in phpbb, hm. |

the ftp thingey should be no problem till next thursday, i think, at least for the mapgedöns, last cycle was upped hours before the ftp went down. but wasn't there a different type of eol characters between windows and unix? cycle was uppend from a unix to a windows, don't know if binary or ascii mode.. [...] ah, guess i found the problem - the new mapcycles were upped into a different dir on a different harddrive - i guess that the content from the new urt srv dir is a copy from wurstis home - there is only one mapcycle.txt (there should be at least 2 more of them + the old ones), even plz.cfg & bky.cfg, both player configs, looks much like home version. another reason: <set name="gamepath">G:\gameservers\UrbanTerror\q3ut4\</set> in poweradminurt.xml ..uploaded the 2 new cycles, corrected the path in xml and restarted b3 - plz check again em, is it running the dswp sverer mod compiled for unix or just the standard? |

ah, and i break up for today. tried to make the proftpd to use mysql and md5 passwords (old ftp serwer used unsalted normal md5 passwords, so i could migrate seamless) |

just noticed that my ping is slightly higher - before it was between 48-51, now it's from 60-63. Also, got fps drops even with <10 ppl on server :/ |
