mapthing should come back from holiday tomorrow morning.
created a new ftp acc for it & changed uname&pass in the php script.
also removed ut4_dust_a4 from the voteable form, since it's not on gameserver anymore oO

could you possibly dynamically create the mapvote form? like some queries to db to see which maps are most popular?
or maybe the maps that has been in voted in hte last 3 cycles is not available in the next one so it can be substituted by the next most played map?
some type of rotation to make it more diverse?

What is that Chieftec thing in the upper-right?

And what is that long black thing in the PCI?

(just curious)

P.S.: Thanks for the fix. I was beginning to wonder if that's my computer's fault that I can't open the forums (I installed squid proxy recently).

Dunno about the chieftec thing.. might be SSDs.

The black thing is interesting too it's this:
Quote:
Remote Insight Board (RIB) PCI
The Compaq Remote Insight Board/PCI is a PCI-based, single-board computer that is installed in a server to provide remote management for that server, regardless of the state of the host operating system or the host CPU.

the big one is like extreem said a kvm-over-ip card.

seems like giving some love to it wasn't enough

at least i made it coming back by itself after fucking arround :?

i'd love a more dynamic cycle..since it just sucks this way.
a b3 plugin wich restores the old nextmap after a callvoted map would be a dream (instead of just starting with the first map in cycle again, if the callvoted map wasn't in mapcyle..).
also snmap..it's nice, but yeah..why just don't call a vote?
maybe not the right place for a discussion about that stuff..
visible admins just suck :P
