a b3 plugin wich restores the old nextmap after a callvoted map would be a dream (instead of just starting with the first map in cycle again, if the callvoted map wasn't in mapcyle..).

Who was it! The Hitachi? :D
But it looks like there is hardly any airflow through that mess :D

1.) this Hitachi will never give up! (the exeption will proove the rule!)
2.) u cant see the vent bank in the middle, theres alot air coming out @ the rear. i would say double much then in HP servers.

What is that Chieftec thing in the upper-right?
And what is that long black thing in the PCI?

1.) Chieftec CTM-1062-S 2.5" SATA Backplane
2.) thats in fact a RILOE-2. its like a *morning-after pill* against hackers, its hacking to get it working in a modern computer. u can have them for 1 euro or less. mine is meant as a tribute to compaq, HP glued them onboard later.

Dunno about the chieftec thing.. might be SSDs.

sure, ssd, cheaper when its about IOPS (like in database/web/mail/however serwer app)
careful: "normal" 10/15K SAS/SATA Drives cant take place in a 6x bay. Order a 4-in-one-5.25-bay thingy!
aint it fun to load this forums? what about stats?

Is it a mojito glass in the bottom right corner ?...

Hurray for blinky! I was just on the trip to a wedding so he helped me personally out alot again.
Hope the server didnt drink mojito!
ah, @ balancing... our b3 is still outdated v1.50, on the 22225 is a v.1.81 installed. it needs a fixed parser (ucf´s kick/ban reasons...)

Interesting stuff. (although I dislike the term "morning-after pill").

if("it"=="morning after pill"){
I dislike it because it's a potential murder to use it.
}
else if("it"=="RILOE-2"){
Indeed I never needed it, but it's an interesting invention. I always thought you'd have to use ssh or remote desktop or something like that to remote-control a server.
}

As well as a potential murder (and induction of various forms of
suffering) to not use it.

That depends on the age of the victim/"victim".
