Remove ...
both, they can't be well played in TDM 37%  37%  [ 7 ]
desolate, I'm always on red ;( 32%  32%  [ 6 ]
dust2, I'm always on blue ;( 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
leave it as is, I love raping spawns and join the team according to the map 32%  32%  [ 6 ]

the topic says it, but in case you didn't encounter those maps I'll give a reason:
Whilst they might be OK in non-respawn based game modes it's just a spawn raping party in TDM, one side has a way to strong position in general and above that the same already overpowered side can camp the enemy spawn with ease, it's just crap!

For the lulz I added a vote ... open 7 days
subterra is to be made non-vote able anyways.

just updated the DB and kicked subterra from the votes.

deception is just a camp map...thus it should be removed.

dust2 can be played very well if the teams are balanced, which is a rare occasion.

yes they should be removed from voting, but still available thru the !snmap/!map command.

I'm very sorry I mixed up desolate with deception, deceptions sucks for other reasons but well one could play it; I was originally talking about desolate.
dust may be playable when blue is stronger then red, but when the teams are truly even red will spawn rape blue.

Desolate is such a bullshit map. So f1 for removing it.

I like dust2, like cookie, if the teams are balanced but if red is a little bit over powerd its no fun at all.

But ut4_elgin and ut4_thingley are the same. on elgin you can camp both spawns. depends on the better team. On Thingley red allways rapes the blue spawn.

I noticed Desolate and Elgin so far as unbalanced maps wit spawn raping... and I like Dust, but perhaps it's unbalanced, too.

Can't we do some statistics and save the final results (scores for red and blue) of every round in the database? So we have an objective basis to determine which maps are unbalanced... On the other hand there is a difference between the pure result numbers and the gameplay-feeling. Sometimes frustrating spawn raping does not lead to unbalanced scores.

I know it's extra coding effort - so it's just a suggestion by me.

Something similar is in austria i'd say, althrough there is no spawn killing, red can't reach half of map if teams are balanced, only if red are much stronger.

F1, remove them.

I've always hated desolate, and dust2 sucks in TDM, because of gameplay and low framerate (but awesome in bomb mode of course). Better kick these maps from the voting page, and add other custom map.

Hmmm hmmmm... i don't know, i don't play too much but I think it never happens to me that somebody is spawnkilling me. Maybe i do it sometimes to other team :), but thats mainly because when I try to change team it says it would me unfair and i lose some points(what points?)?! It's getting bad cause I see that some team will in few rounds be winning like for 30 points but i cant change and so it will happen..and if u see me sometimes in better team just say :P i can be in a bloody mode and don't recognize it :D But yeah desolate may be hard when blue are good, but when you are patient you can clear them out.

clear result for desolate, 2/3th majority for dust so I removed both (from the voting machine, still on the server).
