hmm using an older thermaltake cabinet for my AMD phenon 2.5 Ghz, with 4 cores  crossfire 3650 Ati cards 2 samsung 750GB in a raid 1. 8 GB ram Vista ultimate 64bit ofcause there are issues, but not with running a virtual machince or 2 while playing UT its soo sweet to have enough RAM

Before i switched to ubuntu i was looking how windows behave: they use all SWAP you give to them, create files (like System volume information) up to few GB, and leave RAM "untouched". My memory was always unused. And now i have ubuntu which use all what i give to him

...and u support only dualchannel with same-sized-ramramram. for the case ur board has just 2 slots its the only way

has 4 slots and 4 time 1G (very small speed gained from smaller page tables ^^) after so many hours of mumbling you still have the impression I'm a computer bild reader and aldi pc buyer? xD |
