B3 Update [ALL Servers, --> V.1.50]

Hey guys, today i updated ALL B3s to the latest Version.

Everything worked fine, theres anyways some things:

1a.) Translator plugin wont start on TDM:

1b.) B3 is now standalone Version (which provides DIFFERENT binaries (python.exe) for every Gameserver).
I think that problem 1a is connected to this special version of Python.
The Plugin deactivated now. Anyone an idea?
Different Binaries give me the possibility to kill the Bots separate when a server hangs.
Till now, i had to kill all the 4 python.exe's. Now im simply killing 2222.exe (which is the TDM AND the B3 for TDM)

2) Our Version of the PoweradminURT dont work anylonger, including the Config File.
The PoweradminURT on TDM was new enough, its Conf file is now copied to all Servers.
If u miss some Rights (for example Jump Server):
shht, please tell!

If u find out anything anti- normal (or better: anything that changed on April 23, 2011)

Just now the server was rather empty, so i dared to try a !shuffleteams
Tell you what: It worked! It restarted the map (without reloading it) and shuffled the teams, without kicking everyone off the server like it used to be on TDM.

Issues:
- When kicking someone using !kick, after he got kicked there is an error message by B3 saying "There was an error processing your command". No idea why.
- The custom kick messages seem not to be working anymore. No message seems to be popping up after being kicked at all.

hm, it must be connected to the poweradminurt.xml
that the old 1...

since i couldnt find any bigger differences, im going to take the default and set levels manually

that is due to the fact that we changed the iourt parser to work with our altered kick command in our iourt binaries, those changes have ofc been overwritten
I don't see why there is an error message tho

hmm it seems all parsers and internal plugins are in one file now.
can u check that ucf?

@ mumbleswitcher errors:
i attached the traffic between 9.1 and 9.30
can u see anything from that?

the !change command seems to be broken. When i want to use it B3 tells me "There was an error processing your command" and the change dident happen.
