I had a problem loading this map (ut4_tdkjumps) on the jump server.
Searched for this problem and i found this:

There is a problem with capital letters, and dont load a .BSP file. Players cant access to the server.

There are new fixed version of the map, already included in the jump server (ut4_tdkjumps_v2).

I guess the best solution is delete the old version (ut4_tdkjumps).
