There ran for a while 5vs5 bomb server and got moved to TS mode I think. IMO 2nd bomb server is a good idea, because in the evenings 1st one is often full. The second one could be just set up with mapcycle composed of maps from CS only (map voting turned off, cyclemap allowed). It could attract and save a base of players!

Proposed map rotation:

ut4_cache_b6
ut4_inferno_b3 (no minimap, but if you get ut4_inferno_b3_converted the minimap magically appears also in the orginal version, converted one have some screwed up textures)
ut4_aztek_b2
ut4_dust2_v2
ut4_train_dl1
ut4_dust_a4 (no locations)

There are also:
ut4_cs_assault_b2 ( never played it, gameplay could be bad on bomb mode)
tlw_dust_repack (night lighted version of dust, strange skybox, I'm not sure if people would like it)

Hmm, I feel we should wait a while , as urbanterror player population is very unpredictable currently.
However, just for record, we use to run 10 vs 10 bomb server for more than 4 years in hongkong and well, we didnt have any major issues with that.
7vs7 can be increased to say 10 vs 10 or 9 vs 9.

I am really against increasing the slots.
Where is the bomb gameplay with more players? Then we might as well make it a 10v10 TS....

Already with 7v7 2-3 people from a team wander off alone playing TS not BOMB.
bomb in my opinion should not be TS with the option to plant a bomb. It should be played as if planting/defusing is the main goal where the score of a single player is not that important while as in TS all try to get the best K/D ratio. In bomb I want people that mostly/only care for that bomb going off/not going off.

I agree with you.

however as correctly stated 2-3 people per team sometimes play tdm/ts
Now more slots mean more people playing bomb i.e. say in 10 vs 10 maybe 8 vs 8 will play for objective. other 4 player will fool around
:)

Anyways, i will propose 9 vs 9 with 16 playable spots

Bumping the idea of cs maps only bomb server. Since you edited inferno and it is now not only playable but looks better and better every beta release, there are 4 maps to add to the maprot without any doubts:

ut4_inferno_b8_dswped
ut4_dust2_v2
ut4_train_dl1
ut4_cache_b6

And 2 on the sub bench:
ut4_dust_a4 (no locations) <-- fix it? :)
ut4_aztek_b2 (it's a bit narrow, so actually f2 here?)

Why?
1. these cs maps are very popular and have layouts designed for bomb mode.
2. look at dust2 only server- you could 'stole' some players getting maybe bored with dust2 only?
3. you don't risk much, dswp bomb 7vs7 is recently unfortunately often empty and you keep 2 tdm empty servers ( replace 1 of them with new bomb one?)
4. don't be late as someone can steal this idea

Call the server some funny name like: CAMPER STRIKE dust2 inferno train cache...
